how does it work?

1. Aims & Objectives

We agree the aims of the coaching process and how we will measure the positive and immediate impact on the individual and the business.

4. Agree Sessions

We agree the number of sessions and whether psychometric analysis would be a help.

2. Chemistry session

Based on stage 1, we hold a free “chemistry” session to match the perfect coach to the individual's needs and style.

5. Coaching 'Check Ins'

We set up pre, during and post coaching programme “check-ins” with the coaching sponsor (often a boss or an HR person).

3. Agree protocol

We agree how we are going to work together and the commitment needed from both people to ensure success.

6. Measure & Report

We continually monitor progress and evaluate the results at the end. We encourage continued learning.

Why hire a coach?

Of course, people will always need a boss with great leadership skills. But they often also need someone (who isn’t their boss) who they can be vulnerable with, however senior they may be.

A coach asks the right questions to help your people to focus their efforts, to grow in confidence and to challenge them to improve performance and to plot personal learning. We can provide coaching services to organisations for their teams but also on a 121 basis for those looking to invest in their personal development.
